ingredients :

- flour 150g
- butter 50g + cooking portion
- 1/2 tea spoon of salt
- 1 tea spoon of sugar
- 1 soup spoon water
- 3-4 boskoop apples

- 150g flour
- 80g sugar (mix brown or white as desired)
- 115g butter
- pinch of salt
preparation :
crust
- mix flour, salt, sugar
- add butter and mix with hand until sand texture
- add water and knead into a ball
- put dough in the fridge 30 minutes
apples
- pre-heat oven at 180-200°
- peel apples (not mandatory ?)
- cut apples in quarters and remove seeds
- butter in pan, put apples, cover and let it cook until a mush
back to crust
- take dought out of the fridge
- roll out the dough (flour and everything necessary)
- put in pie plate (with baking paper)
- put in oven
crumble
- mix dry parts and add butter
- mix until coarse sand
everything together
- take out crust from oven
- spread apples over crust
- spread crumble over apple
- back in oven for 20 minutes
